Rachel A. Pogolowitz

Rachel A. Pogolowitz is a Certified Paralegal in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her combination of legal insight, technical fluency, and dedication to client-centered service makes her an essential part of our firm’s legal team.

Since 2017, Rachel has worked closely with our firm’s attorneys in employment law, civil rights, criminal defense, and complex civil litigation. Rachel serves as a key client liaison and litigation support in state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies, performing a wide array of tasks including managing pleadings, assisting with discovery, deposition coordination, and trial preparation.

Rachel oversees our firm’s technology systems and applies her specialized training in trial technology and courtroom presentation tools.

Rachel holds a B.A. from Temple University. She is an active member of the Philadelphia Association of Paralegals, the newly founded Paralegal and Legal Professionals Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Keystone Paralegal Alliance, and South Jersey Paralegal Association.
