Jack Hensler

Jack is a committed advocate, trusted advisor, and creative problem-solver. He litigates cases involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and whistleblower claims under federal, state, and local laws. Jack represents organizations of all sizes, and employees both in an individual and class capacity. Jack also advises employees and employers on compliance with labor and employment laws and assists in conducting sensitive workplace investigations.
Prior to joining GGP, he completed a one-year term clerkship at the Eastern District of Pennsylvania with the Honorable R. Barclay Surrick and spent four years working in the Labor & Employment section at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, widely recognized as one of the best employment law departments in the country.
Mr. Hensler received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, was awarded Order of the Coif, and served on the editorial board of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics and History from the University of Notre Dame in 2015.
